Dr Shereen Rahman graduated from Guys and St Thomas’ Medical School (London) in 1995 and completed her GP training in 2000. As a practicing GP, GP principle and GP trainer she takes a holistic approach to patients and promotes the importance of continuity of care. Dr Rahman has been awarded a Fellowship by the Royal College of General Practitioners for her innovative leadership and improvements to patient care within General Practice and local community dermatology services. Having obtained a distinction in the Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology in 2003, Dr Rahman went on to work and be the clinical lead for a large community dermatology service in Waltham Forest for over 20 years. Within this role, she mentored and trained other GPs with an interest in Dermatology and worked closely with the local secondary care dermatology team at Barts Health. She has extensive skin surgical skills, performing over 400 procedures per annum, including facial skin cancer surgery. Dr Rahman has been performing advanced aesthetic procedures since 2008. Her eye for detail and dermatology/surgical background compliment this work and give her a unique skill base to provide excellent results. Her aim is to promote body positivity and self confidence by specialising in head and neck treatments that produce natural results.

Dr Vira Gohil graduated from Kings College London in 2012 and undertook general surgery and minor surgery training gaining a vast amount of experience in this field. She achieved full membership of the Royal College of General Practice in 2019 and continued her learning achieving a Merit in the Postgraduate Diploma of Minor Surgery and a Distinction in Postgraduate Diploma of Clinical Dermatology. As well as working as a local GP, Dr Gohil works in the Waltham Forest Community Dermatology service providing medical skin consultations and performing surgical biopsies for patients. Dr Gohil prides herself in taking the time to meet patient needs and is passionate about providing a comprehensive approach to patient care. With her approachable nature, wealth of clinical experience and anatomical knowledge, Dr Gohil will ensure that optimum aesthetic results are achieved for each patient.
Managing Director at ESS Clinic
Sue has been involved in practice, health centre and business management in the NHS for 28 years and successfully continues to manage a local GP practice. Sue holds an AMSPAR diploma in Practice Management and her dedicated and forward thinking approach has led her to win Waltham Forest NHS Practice Manager of the year on a number of occasions. Sue is a Managing Partner at a local GP Practice in Waltham Forest and for 16 years was a Director of ESS Primary Care Solutions, a company that provided NHS Dermatology and Diabetes specialist services. Sue ensures that ESS Clinic complies with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and that high standards of patient care and satisfaction are consistently achieved.
ESS Clinic Manager
Jenna manages the day to day running of ESS Clinic and is committed to ensuring that all patients are welcomed and well informed about the treatments available. Jenna’s approachable and friendly nature ensures that ESS Clinic offers an excellent standard of customer service to every patient. Having graduated from Hertfordshire University in 2008 with an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science, Jenna is passionate about promoting health and well-being. Her knowledge and experience supports the holistic approach that ESS Clinic aims to achieve. In 2013, Jenna completed both her diploma in AMSPAR Primary Care and Health Management and ILM Management, achieving excellent results. From 2010-2024, Jenna was the Administration Manager of the NHS Community Dermatology service in Waltham Forest, overseeing the smooth running of 30 clinics per week. Besides managing ESS Clinic, Jenna is the Assistant Practice Manager at a GP Practice in Chingford. Outside of working hours, she enjoys travelling, socialising, reading and spending time with her two children.
Front of House/Healthcare Assistant
Theodora, also known as Teddie, is the first port of call at ESS Clinic. As our Front of House receptionist, Teddie is the face of the establishment, balancing professionalism with approachability and having excellent communication skills. Theodora has been a qualified Healthcare Assistant since 2018, supporting the doctors with surgical procedures and helping to create a seamless patient journey.

Mandy has several years experience working as an administrator and receptionist for the Waltham Forest Community Dermatology service. Mandy plays a vital role in ensuring that the client experience is smooth and efficient, providing support and guidance at every step of the process.
