Appointments

Kindly arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order for the necessary documentation to be completed before you see the doctor. If you arrive late for your appointment, this may reduce your appointment duration or it may mean the doctor will be unable to see you. 

ESS Clinic will always try to ensure that you will be seen on time; however very occasionally issues arise outside of our control and there may be a slight delay. The ESS team will endevour to keep you informed if any delays occur. If ESS Clinic need to change or cancel your appointment, we will always try to give you as much notice as possible. We will make every effort to contact you in advance. Please ensure, that your contact information is up to date at all times.

Our experienced clinicians will always undertake a full assessment of your skin prior to any treatment. Assessment will be made of your suitability and expected results prior to any treatment being given. Should you not continue with the treatment for any reason, you will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation.


Payments

Some procedures require preparation prior to treatment. ESS Clinic will ensure you are provided with full instructions in advance of any treatment you may have. Failure to follow this guidance may result in your appointment being cancelled and/or a charge being made. Please note, this fee is non returnable unless adequate notification of cancellation is given. 

To secure your appointment, the consultation fee will be taken at time of booking. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, ESS Clinic requires 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to cancel your appointment or give the required notice will result in in a cancellation charge being made. 

Full payment for all procedures will be taken at the time of treatment.


Prices

Our price list is a guide and subject to confirmation at the time of consultation. All prices are subject to variation without prior notice. 


Liability

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure that they provide ESS Clinic with all relevant medical details prior to commencement of any treatment. ESS will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of lack of disclosure by a client.


Complaints and Suggestions

ESS Clinic aims to provide an efficient and quality service to its patients at all times. However, although we hope that any concerns can be dealt with amicably, there may be occasions when a patient feels they have cause for complaint. In the first instance, please speak to our Clinic Manager, Jenna Alban, who will endeavour to resolve any issues. 

A copy of our complaints policy is available on request. A full investigation will be undertaken ensuring you are kept informed and involved throughout the process. If you remain unhappy, the matter will be referred to the Company Directors for further review. 

Similarly, we are very happy to receive constructive comments and suggestions for improving our service to patients. If you are pleased with the service provided, remember that staff thrive on praise and your compliments and thanks will be appreciated.
